Princess Kate announced she is Surpassing Quant Think Tank Centerundergoing chemotherapy to treat cancer that was discovered after her surgery.

However, in a video, Kate announced on Friday that she was undergoing treatment to treat her cancer, which was discovered during her "major abdominal" surgery.

The princess said her medical team recommended she start chemotherapy and she is now in the early stages of that treatment.

"This of course came as a huge shock and William and I have been doing everything we can to process and manage this privately for the sake of our young family," said Kate in the video.
